In our site people post way too long comment, Is there a way to add read more after certain words in comment section,

Hello veteranstoday,

Sorry but the theme does not have any such an additional option for Comments. Notice that the theme only uses the WordPress functionality for Comments. So, if you want to have more options for this section, you should try using a plugin with this functionality.
