Support changes with new envato policy?

As everyone is probably aware, envato has begun selling support on behalf of content creators. Initially I liked the idea, after all if we’re going to use these themes for an extended period it’s actually a nice idea to be able to continue to support creators to do so.

Curiously, while themes now include six months of support, with an extra six months available to purchase, I can’t see any option to buy a support pack alone, and I’m unsure on Tagdiv’s stance here.

So I figured I’d ask here, in the off-chance it has already been posted and I’ve just failed to find it using search.

• Will Tagdiv support themes beyond 6/12 months?
• If so, will there be an option to buy support for these periods?
• If not, are we forced to buy extra copies of the theme annually?

We will offer support beyond the 6/12 mounts period. You don’t have to buy a new license to get support after the paid support expires. For more details in this regard please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/support-6-months/
