We have purchased your theme for three websites and with each purchase, we receive 6 months support. Is it possible to combine this support under one account? Currently, we are only provided the option to create a new support account and that results in us having the support overlap for each install.

Unfortunately this is not possible, each licence purchase is unique and the support period is provide individual, those can not be accumulate.
