Please tell me that how many support method for this template? Only forum support? It seems I need to ask so many things. There is many errors.

We do offer support via e-mail too but it would be better to start via forum because answers may help other users. If we can’t figure it out here we will ask for your credentials and we will inspect your website.

Thank you for your support

Unfortunately, I asked one question 2 times already in here. But after 48 hours no answer & no support. I was thinking this theme has good support. it was one of the reason I purchased this theme. Then I was also a comment about it in themeforest comment section, but after 24 hours no one responded. Really disappointed.

Please note that support team is here from Monday to Friday 08:00 am to 05:00PM, ON monday and Tuesday this week we had our national holiday and the support was limited.
