I’ve recently posted questions on this forum. The replies from Tagdiv support haven’t been helpful. Again, that’s unusual.
I’ve been very patient and even exchanged several messages via private emails. It seems as though there is a lack of attention to detail.
In private emails, I’ve requested to get in contact with a Tagdiv representative, if I was displeased with support. That request was not responded to.
How would I get in contact with the top level support person to help resolve some issues?
