Yes, this is the correct place to open a topic in order to receive support. Newspaper theme comes with 6 months free support so everyone who buys the theme will receive a key and using that they will be able to join this forum. If the problem you request support for requires more acces like going to your wp-admin / cpanel then we will reply to your topic to contact us via e-mail.
Also please note that support team is answering the topics from latest to newest. So if you keep replying to your topic you only make the waiting time longer.
