My ad company (Mediavine) says I should use system fonts with my theme to make it fast for Web Core Vitals. When I turn off Google fonts in Newspaper theme, my speed shot up by at more than 10 points on both mobile and desktop. So, if I keep Google fonts turned off, which fonts should I use with the theme for the fastest performance?
Currently, my H1,H2 seems to be defaulting to Times New Roman but it looks terrible. I like Oswald but it slows down my site. Suggestions?

In this case you can try this option from Theme panel – Theme fonts: https://www.screencast.com/t/hOvPdUYDHG Also I would recommend to look for the most efficient fonts and see which one you like.

The theme comes with two preset default Google Fonts: Open Sans and Roboto.
