Hello,
I am looking for 2 page possibilities.
You will find in the video attached. I think it could be consider as tab option.It’s smaller than button.

Would it be possible to do the same with your theme and how?

Unfortunately our theme do not have tab options, sorry. You want you can use mega menu or something similar is an anchor link as in our demo from here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_dentist/
Also you can try to use a plugin for tabs -> https://blog.hubspot.com/website/10-best-wordpress-tab-plugins
