If you already created the tab element from visual composer, you can then use a text box element inside it and place your content inside. If you want to use tables, you can create html tables with this online tool and then copy the code for it: http://www.tablesgenerator.com/html_tables (add the code in text mode in the wysiwyg editor)

Unfortuantely there is no easy way of doing that. The theme only shows the primary category It was not built to show multiple tags.
