Table of content plugin does not work with newsmag theme

Hi there,

We have installed table of contents plugin to edumag.net which has newsmag theme. BUT it does not work with this theme.

** when we try it with another 2 themes, it is fine, plugin works well as described.

Please help us fixing it asap.

Unfortunately the plugin is not tested to work with the theme and we cannot guarantee it will work 100%. We have not tested this plugin and we have no idea of the plugin functionality in order to provide an answer. Unfortunately time does not allow us to provide plugin implementation support. Basically;y all plugins are meant to work with WordPress and a default wp theme. However with a custom premium theme there is a chance to appear some conflicts because the files structure is different and also many features have a specific implementation.
Inspecting your site i couldn’t find a post/page where you’re using this plugin so please provide a specific link where I can inspect this issue and maybe I can help.

I did a quick test with the indicated plugin and seams to work sine with the theme: http://screencast.com/t/OS44mdylrWuu Please make sure that you configured the plugin according with its documentation, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and table of contents, clear the cache memory amd test again.
