The single post table of contents is not working well since 12.7.3.

1. Hide/show is not working
2. Clicking on the specific heading does not bring you accurately to the specific part of the article.
Can you advise on this please?
i have deactivated all 3rd party plugins and tested it but the 2 issues still persist.

Sending a copy will not be the same, as there may be restrictions on your server or specific configurations set in the .htaccess files on the current server. What I mean is that the suggested method may work for me because my test environment is different from the one on your website.
By using WP Staging, the staging site will be created in the same environment and will have exactly the same settings as the main website. This will allow us to properly identify the issue and fix it.
