Hello – please look at the TOC here. Links 2, 6 and 8 don’t work. Can you see why?

I have tried replacing some text. Deleting the apostrophe from number 8 to make “Lets step back to the beginning a bit. When were you born?” works and might give you a clue. But what is the underlying problem affecting all the non-functioning links?
Also, I notice TOC entries / headings can’t read <i></i> etc. Why not?

Yes – did you fix it in 12.7.3? I noticed problem disappeared after updating yesterday.
