Table of Contents on Mobile goes down to the bottom of the post instead of top

I am using this template.
Now when I use this on Mobile then the table of contents which is on the sidebar goes to the bottom where the Post content ends. Does it make any sense?

On mobile user has read complete post and then seeing Table of Content.
Don’t you think it should be on top then at the bottom
