Tables displaying in single column

When i try to add a html table to this theme, the numbers in my table data appear in a single column down the post

Hi Bettina,

The table is pasted into the WYSIWYG editor directly from a word doc. It displays correctly in WP admin with the expected code forming a html table. Its only when i then go to preview it that it displays incorrectly.

Hello Mark!

Unfortunately, in our theme there is no feature for the tables.
You can try to build a table in Gutenberg editor and it should display well.

Hi Bettina,

I have tried using the Gutenberg editor and the result is actually the same.

I’ve just noticed though something in the theme is overiding the table code. think its a display:block; in the CSS. I’ll remove this with custom CSS in the theme panel.?
