Tabs

Just a quick one. Would like to include a few Tabs on sidebars.

Can you please recommend a Tab Plugin/widget to use that is compatible with Newspaper.

Thanks for getting back so quickly.. well, this is what I mean…on RHS side of site, on sidebar, I have some posts showing up in Tabs – Popular, Recent, Tags

I know that tagDiv provide widgets to enable Posts to be displayed in sidebars but haven’t seen a way to sort them into tabs in sidebars.

I have used WP Tab Widget for this – just testing a few things at the moment..it seems to work okish (probably slows the site down a bit).

I guess it’s similar to the Related Articles and More From Author

that you have at the end of posts such as here

So, appreciate some plugins aren’t supported by tagDiv so thought I would ask if you knew of any that were compatible!

Thanks for responding – and no need to apologise for the inconvenience…apart from being polite 🙂

It’s not an inconvenience when there are ways around things that tagDiv don’t offer.

However, perhaps developing a similar type widget could be helpful in the future…just a thought!

Looking at the issues of tabs and tabbed content again…it appears there have been a few topics started in the past (including mine) commenting on the lack of tabs/tabbed content.

Are there any plans to include them again in the near future?

When will the tabs in the widget become possible in the sidebar-widgets?

In the absence of tabs through tagDiv, this plugin might work for you

WP Tab Widget.

I think there is a pro version as well that might work.
