Is it possible to do a video on that?
I have done the option of importing the black demo themme, but i don’t want the black background. I have changed the background in the General theme settings to white, but the background for the imported black demo is still black.
Can we perhaps get an updated version of the default demo with the tabbed content option available?

You can create the tab without actually importing the demo. You need to simply add the class to the element as it seems in the current version the css from the black version is not needed anymore as the tab css is already present in the main style.css:
Just create a new tab and add the class like so:
