I am trying to edit my homepage with Tagdiv Composer (I recently changed my URL), however, the interface is stuck on the loading screen – can you please help advise on a resolution?

I also have an issue with the “Trending Now” news ticker as the blue icon only shows if you hover the mouse/curser over the ticker line. Otherwise, the “Trending Now” is not shown.

My recomanndation would be for you to remove and reinstall the tagDiv Composer so it will re-adapt to all the new URLs since a lot of them may be changed and that can be the issue.

Hello!
First of all, please make sure that the plugins and the theme are up to date. Try to do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
You should write here this title: https://www.screencast.com/t/Vlpgu4y3Mkyh ; also check the color of the text(title) to be a different color than black or the toggle’s color.
If these not help, then make a full backup, send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
