This post has 3 galleries inserted, in addition to some single images.
On the galleries where I used to get a thumbnail of the image in the bar underneath the main picture, there are blank placeholders.
Also on the images i have given a caption, the caption is repeated twice on the image in two different styles.

From what I can see none of the smaller thumbnails are found on the server

Maybe something happened with the medial library or uploads folder where the images are kept.
You could regenerate the thumbnails for the images used only

Check if the thumbnail size is enabled in the theme panel before regenerating
