What is the latest version number of Speed Booster and where do I find the plugin for download?

The latest version is 4.8. Download the latest theme update from ThemeForest and find “td-speed-booster.zip” inside the “plugins” folder.

Could not find that file in the plugins Folder. only Social Counter and Visual Composer. Is there another way?

Please check the plugins folder under the main theme package, not the plugins folder included in the theme files:
