I understand but at this moment I am using WP MU multi- user and I can not insert the code for one side because for me insert a whole and when intercede code GTM in CUSTOM JavaScript is a tag assistant can not see it

If you have to add it immediately after the opening body tag you have to add it manually or check for an alternative.
