Tag page doesn't work with multibyte strings

Hi!

I use a prebuilt website Magazine Pro for my new website.
It seems tag page (example.com/tag/something/) doesn’t work with multibyte strings.
I use the page with Japanese characters though, when the word something is alphabet, items will be appeared correctly, but when the word is Japanese characters, no items will be there.
However, category page (example/category/something/) and search page (example.com/?s=something) works correctly with Japanese words.

I love Newspaper and have ever used other prebuilt websites(Gossip and Gourmet) with Japanese characters and those sites work with no problem and this is the first time to see such issue.

Could I have any advice?

Update;
I’m so sorry but I found it is not occurred by multibyte strings.
Some pages for alphabet words also don’t show items and some pages for Japanese words show items.
And it looks only newer articles are not showed on tag pages.
I’ll post updates if I get further information.

When I access example.com/wp-json/wp/v2/posts?tags=idForSomething (GET),
the response contains newest articles. So I guess WP side works fine.

I am very sorry, but I overlooked the ‘Offset posts:’ setting. The behavior was due to this item.
