Is there any way to make (some) tag pages behave like a category page? Ie. where you customize colors, look, grid on top etc?

For instance if you do a follow up on a certain topic for a while, you might wan’t a special “page” for that tag. If possible to make a page for a tag though – then you could also use static blocks – by using page builder.
