Tag Problems

Hi there,
LOVE this theme! My only problem is I can’t figure out the tags. All my tags are creating a 404 “page not found” error. I went to the Theme Panel and set a Cloud template for the tag. But still when I click on one of my tags it goes to page not found. Can you please tell me what I’m doing wrong? Should I just disable all my tags? Thank you!

First of all, try to re-save your permalinks from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/vgnRc53y, clear all the caches and check the results.

Thanks for the reply! I looked at the screenshot and tried to do the same. Then I cleared my cache but I’m still getting a 404 page not found error. It’s probably something very simple but I can’t figure it out. Can I email you?

Thanks, but since I last emailed I figured it out on my own!

Here’s the simple solution, in case it will help anyone else:

On the permalinks page, I had input the word “topics” under categories, but I also had “topics” under tags. Once I deleted “topics” under tags and left it blank, everything linked up.

Thanks for the absolute BEST and most BEAUTIFUL theme on Themeforest. I’m a forever fan!
