I just purchased the theme since a little, I installed it and activated successfully, but when I try to install the demo I see this error message

Is the admin login is hosting username & PW or Just FTP info ?

At the moment you can send us only wp-admin login and url via e-mail and if needed we will answer via e-mail for more.
