Can you explain the annoying banner advertisement by you on my WordPress Dashboard? Why CAN’T I TURN THIS OFF?
I thought I paid for the Newspaper theme but it comes with annoying advertisement?

So this annoying banner from Tagdiv is basically a SYSTEM STATUS?
I am not sure how a marketing banner trying to make a sale has anything to do with SYSTEM STATUS of the Newspaper theme.
I am extremely confused with Tagdiv right now. Did I make the wrong theme purchase?

To add the banners was the decision of the marketing team, we added an option to disable them, in order not to create any more unpleasantness.

Maybe next time give everyone a heads-up instead of “opting us in” like they do on Facebook. Thank you for at least giving me the option to remove it.
Disappointed with this “feature” – the marketing team need to have a think to themselves and get rid of this for the next release. I’ve been a paid-up customer for many years, and this kind of opt-out in-your-face advertising is simply annoying, and a turn-off.
