tagDiv Cloud Library Needed?

It appears the tagDiv Cloud Library is causing constant errors on the server:

I really don’t want to be investigating why this is happening, it’s a live site, don’t have time, it’s on a MU network, etc.

My question here is: can I safely delete the plugin? As after disabling it, the notice appears that it is “required”. The site is not in development, and I don’t need to download new layouts/designs.
