As per my knowledge, this is happening because you might have changed the name of Theme Name: Newspaper in the theme’s style.css file.
I also faced this issue earlier.
More details on how to fix this will be answered by an official from the TagDiv team.

This situation appear because the tagDiv Cloud library is conditioned to be used only on Newspaper theme (it is one measure to prevent pirating our work), so if you change the theme name, you can simply say that it is a different theme, but it will not work entirely, it will not work because you’ll not have access to cloud templates, because this will allow only the Newspaper theme to access it.
