From what I know there are no issues currently with the cloud library plugin, haven’t seen other reports. There was an issue a few days back when the cloud server was down for a while, that has been taken care of.
What is the error you are getting? I will pass it along to the developer team. Let me know if possible.

It maybe our firewall that is causing the issue. Could you send me the IP address for the Cloud template so I can white list it on the firewall.
I changed the theme and the cloud template started working. Once I changed back it shows a white screen. Could you jump on our stage.thefreshtoast.com site and see what is causing the issue. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay. So if you update to the latest version the cloud library stops working, and if you switch to the older version it starts to work.

@katiazev If the cloud library plugin has been updated and it is active, it should appear in the dashboard same as before. We could take a look if there is a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login.
Where is the file located that has the amp main template? I want to add related stories but by the tag or cat ID.
The related articles in the AMP version will use the same settings from here

So you can display related posts by category or by tag, the setting will work on desktop and AMP as well. The posts that appear as related on desktop will appear as related on AMP.

We added an Alexa code in the header and it appears that it is being redirected to an tdc_header. Where is this file located?
I don’t quite understand what is happening. So you are entering a code in the theme header, then the code is redirected to a theme element. Are you entering it in the theme panel analytics section or in the actual theme header file?
