tagdiv cloud libray plugin interferes with the use of the media library

Hello,

when the tagdiv Cloud Library plugin is activated, I only see the images in the WordPress media library that I have uploaded under my user name, when the plugin is deactivated, I see all images in the media library – which should be the default. Why is the plugin accessing the media library and restricting its use? In my opinion, this makes no sense and prevents editors from sharing images. Please check and fix it urgently in the next update.

Hello!

Can you please provide more information about this? So, I can try to replicate it on my end.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.

Thank you!

Hello Bettina,

During an intensive check, we discovered a conflict with old user roles. After we removed these old roles, all media in the media library are now also visible to the admin. The interaction with the tagdiv Cloud Library plugin was probably just a symptom and not the actual error. I apologize for my initial accusation. The problem has now been fixed.
