Hello,
The tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter plugins keep deactivating at least once per day. I’ve deleted and reinstalled both plugins, as well as checked that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Everything seems to be correct.
Can you help me understand why this is happening and what steps I should take to resolve the issue? I’m happy to provide additional information as needed.

Maybe the recommended values in the requirements guide are still not enough, that could be the problem. In some previous similar cases this was resolved by increasing the WP-memory and max_input_vars to a higher value.
If you already tried to increase those values and it is still happening, we could take a look, maybe we can identify why this is happening. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.

I have again increased the WP Memory Limit to 300 MB/request and max_input_vars to 5000. I’ll monitor the site and will send an email with login details if the issue persists. Thanks, Simion!
The same thing is happening on my end. I increased the WP memory and max input to 5000, and they still deactivate on their own.
Both plugins deactivated again overnight, even after increasing the suggested values. I’ll be sending an email to the tagDiv team.
