TagDiv composer blank page

Hi,

I’m struggling with the TagDiv Composer. I already executed all the required steps, increasing memory etc. But I’m still getting a blank page….

Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi,

So when attempting to edit with the composer, there is a problem. There is something you could try, enter this code in the htaccess file

<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>

Then check if the composer works correctly. If the problem remains, we could take a closer look. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel if possible. We may need to deactivate your plugins for testing, or you can try this before sending us the email and mention it. Include a link to this topic in the email.
