There is an element called “Category siblings” under the “Page title” element and a “Posts Loop” element.

I do not understand your question. Please try to provide me more information about what content are you speaking about.
In your screenshot, there are 2 Posts Loop elements which are different. You can add them which one you like, click on the element after adding and there you will see some settings for the current element. You need to set up that element by applying some filters, layout and style you need there. All these options you can find in the element’s settings.
