TagDIV Composer button not showing anywhere

Although its installed, the tagDIV Composer is not showing. Please help.

Hello cocoadmin,

It seems to be a problem with your caches. Try to clear all of these, press CTRL+SHIFT+R and check the results. The button should reappear.
