TagDiv Composer Footer not working

Hi,
I have problems editing the footer of my website. The footer is a page. Attached video capture of my screen.

I have PHP version 7.2.34 and Newspaper 10

Can you help me, please?

Hello,

You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
We recommend using the latest version of the theme, Newspaper 10.3.9.1.

Also, sometimes is possible to be only jquery problems. Those can be resolved using a plugin for jQuery, like Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and try this option => https://www.screencast.com/t/WYlKJVLi. Clear all the caches (also the browser cache).
