I have 2 questions.
Question 1: what is the proper image size ratio for the Tagdiv composer single image element so that whether it be on mobile, tablets, or PC the image will fit and not be cut off? I have to give an image wired sizing just so that they can fit, therefore some look strange and disproportionate on the different platforms.

question 2: How do I increase the text of post titles on pages such as home, guide, and so on? if you look at my homepage below, the tiles and text on the page are too small. How do I increase them?

Also, do I have the option to change the date from of my posts to update date as stated below?
“I regularly change the date of posts when updating a post so the date is current, though the theme I use has an option to change the text associated with the date, so rather than it saying something like “Posted On Date” I use “Updated Date”: basically not suggesting the post is new, indicating the post was updated.”

Check the Theme panel, Theme Fonts because there you will find a lot of settings for theme fonts, according to your blocks used. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/ I have checked your website and everything seems to work as expected, without any problems. Please provide some useful screenshots so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Regarding the single image, you could set the image size to contain in the settings

Or you could try some other elements that can display images, check the result with them

Most of those elements are added by the multi-purpose plugin introduced in a previous theme update. I see you use an older version of the theme, you will have to update in order to use them.
The theme by default will not display the last updated date of the posts. That could only be done with a plugin maybe, or with a few modifications in the theme files. This is a similar topic mentioning the necessary changes
