I have read this post: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/thumbnails-regenrated/, but it’s not the same issue.
In my case, I have to enable a plugin called Regenerate Thumbnails (https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/). This plugin editor passed away in 2019 so this plugin stoped update since then.
But once I active tagDiv Composer, regenrate Thumbnails will stop work.
do you think it’s possible to make some change?

If that one is no longer working, there are more Thumbnail Regeneration Plugins that can be used, you can try those:
