Looks like many people are facing the same issue. I can’t load it as well. Fresh install without any other plugins.
Added this in .htaccess but doesn’t work too.

I can’t provide access to live site because it is confidential. Is tagdiv so buggy that it can’t work properly without workaround?

Is it ok that I setup another dummy site for you to investigate? Then you let me know what you did to fix it so that I can apply it to the live site?
I’ve asked my web hosting to increase those recommended php.ini settings. It works now. Anybody else facing this issue must increase those settings.
