Hi,
Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If these WordPress and server parameters are set according to the recommended values, this will ensure the best functionality of the theme and plugins.
You can ask your host to make the changes for you, as they may have a preferred method in this matter.
Thanks
Hi,
Try deactivating all other plugins except the tagDiv composer and clear any caching installed. Then create a new page and edit it with the composer. If there is still a problem, press F12 to access the browser inspector console and see if there are any errors, while trying to edit the page.
Thanks

the problem has resolved? I also have such problems, please answer brianc.
Hi,
Please check as suggested the theme system status and the server and WordPress parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Sufficient PHP memory and the other parameters are imperative for the proper functionality of the theme and plugins.
The next step if the above suggestion does not resolve the issue, is to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, and clear all caching. Then create a new page and check if the composer works properly. Let us know the results.
The composer is tested and works fully with the theme, but other factors can cause problems.
Thanks
All,
I figured this out. I think the TD composer is trying to call unsecured assets. My site is using an SSL certificate but in Settings > General the WordPress Address and Site Address did not use https. I changed mine from http to https and this fixed this issue.
