Hi! Love the theme but lately I’ve had issues with the Composer matching what actually appears in the published page. For example, here’s the screenshot of what it looks like in Composer: https://hnentertainment.co/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/TagDiv-Composer-View.jpg
When I hit save/publish, no matter what the blocks end up stretched and changed: https://hnentertainment.co/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/TagDiv-Published-View.jpg
Any ideas how to fix this? I’m not super code savvy but need to fix this image for a new homepage ASAP. Also, for whatever reason the block titles also never remain centered (they always go left). Anyone else have these issues and get them resolved?
Hi,
It could happen, depending on the row layout used and blocks used. For example predefined blocks (1->25) should be used only with these row layouts – http://prntscr.com/odyypj
Placing them in a different trow layout may cause them to not display properly in the final result (even if they look fine when placing them in the composer).
Flex blocks can be used in all the row layouts, this is one of their advantages.
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi Simion,
I’m using the 2/3 + 1/3 row layout and the block in question is flex block 1. Really frustrating since everything looks correct, as far as I can tell, but it still doesn’t publish as the Composer looks. The big grid flex 1 is also having a similar issue. Is it something with the flex blocks? I selected them because of certain features they have which aren’t included with normal blocks.
Thanks,
Josh
Quite unusual. Is it an imported flex block design, or did you create it’s design? We could take a closer look at it, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login as well a link to the page where the flex block is so we can see the issue.
Please also include a link to this topic in the email. Let us know.
