Please try and enter the code mentioned at the bottom of the requirements guide, in the htaccess file – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/

Also check the other requirements. Then try to use the composer again. If the problem remains we could take a closer look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel will be very helpful. Let us know.
