tagdiv composer not working on body section

Hello,
I installed newspaper theme on Copenaghen.it

With tagdiv composer I just can edit header and footer but I’m not able to edit the body section. I can’t even select body content.

I tried to add column content but it’s not possibie

Also If make changes on the header and footer I then I save the edits I loose all the body content.

Is this problems still happening if you are using only the tagDiv plugin on a new page?

Hi Calin, yes this problem happens also on new pages!
Basically the composer only recognizes header and footer..

I understand. Please do a full backup for the website and please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide wp-admin and cPanel access.

Same happens with me, the new page only creates a header and footer element. I can’t add an element to the body (I am using a pre-built website).

Hi NorthwestOne,
Is this problem happening when you try only with tagDiv Composer. Maybe it is a plugin conflict.
Can you please provide some screenshots?
