Hi,

That usually means that there’s a problem with the page content, if it happens just in a specific page. Or if it happens everywhere there may be a problem with the header or the footer. Or it could be a conflict with a plugin.

I’ll take a look at it and try to find the cause. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website and admin login. I will check as soon as possible.

Thank you!

I have checked and replied by email. As I mentioned there, the issue happens because you are using custom built templates from a child theme, this kind of templates can’t be edited with our composer. This is normal. Only content and templates provided by our theme can be edited with the composer.

Thank you!

Hi Simion,

Thank you for checking and clarifying the issue.

We understand that the templates are custom-built through the child theme and therefore cannot be edited using the composer. The reason we customized the header and footer is to ensure they match the overall look and feel of our website and maintain consistent branding across all pages.

Please let us know if there is any recommended approach from your side that would still allow us to retain these customizations while using the composer for other sections.

Thank you!

Normally we recommend using theme demos https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/newspaper-prebuilt-websites/?demo-type=all Usually everyone finds a demo that they like. There are plenty of demos for a blog website.

Also, all the pages, blocks, sections, etc. from all the demos are available separately in the cloud library https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/All So if you like parts from multiple demos, you can import them separately.

Or you can keep using the custom templates if you want, but they won’t work in the composer unfortunately. Customizing them will have to be done in their code, same as they were created.

Thank you!
