tagDiv Composer Spinning – Now Have No Access to Page Edits

I created a page with the tagDiv Composer. The Composer will now no longer open the page – there is a spinning graphic and nothing more. I now am not able to edit that page at all…which I need to be able to do.

I have deactivated all my plug-ins, cleared my cache, and I don’t use a CDN.

The support staff told me to open a forum post, so here I am. I am assuming this is the same as a support ticket?

Hello,

Also please test it without plugins as you may have a plugin conflict affecting the composer.

As I mentioned in my original post I have already deactivated all my plugins before submitting this help ticket. The divTag Composer does not load even with all plugins deactivated (I kept the divTag Composer plugin active during this process).

Please advise. This is an active website and I need to be able to edit my pages ASAP.

Hi,

It should work properly if the theme status parameters are according to the documentation, and you tested with no other plugins active.
