TagDiv Composer throwing PHP errors

I’m starting to transfer my Newspaper site to a new host and the newest version of the theme. I have a fresh install of WordPress 4.91 and version 8.5.1 of the theme, and I’ve installed the Local News demo content. I haven’t imported any of my own content yet.

When I try to launch TagDiv Composer I get a slew of PHP errors, starting with Warning: fopen(/home/millston/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/templates/font-awesome.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/millston/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_main.php on line 393

In case it has any bearing, I’m working in a sub-directory in a dev area, e.g. http://beaver.sibername.com/~millston/

All right, I’ve purchased additional support for this product, something I didn’t expect to have to do to get a reply to my question as a long-time user of your theme, and one whose newspaper was featured for a couple of years in your ‘Showcase’.

So, can I have a reply please?

Hi,

Please make sure the WP-debug is set to false, check the other parameters as well
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Additionally you could try with all other plugins deactivated as a test. Let us know the results.
Note the support hours present on the right of the page, we try our best to reply as soon as possible. Take into consideration time differences as well. If you reply in your own topic this will only delay the response. We reply by oldest to newest.

Thank you!
