For Newspaper we already released an update with security improvements, and this week we will release one for Newsmag as well.
We collaborate with the Wordfence team to improve the security of the theme. Security is very important and we will release as many updates as it takes to make sure there are no vulnerabilities.

Okay, I don’t think we’ll be installing WF to bridge the gap, best that we wait and hope nothing happens in the mean time, hopefully not too long.

There was a Newsmag update last Thursday, specifically for resolving the respective vulnerabilities. Please update the theme if you haven’t already.

For some odd reason Themeforest didn’t seem to send out a note about the update. I didn’t get one, and generally always have over the years.
