I am editing my site and when I try to open a page and edit it, Tagdiv Composer will not open the page. It opens the page with only the left panel showing to access the cloud library and the “Welcome To TagDiv Composer” message. The right side where the content is supposed to be only displays a blank page, and the loading icon just keeps loading. Nothing else. The page can be previewed with no apparent issues except the menu and header section won’t display.
I have 6 pages and none will open with Tagdiv Composer except one but it is not a page I need to work on. I’ve tried clearing the cache, disabling plugins, unistalling and reinstalling the TagDiv Composer and TagDiv cloud library. I’ve also tried reinstalling the theme. Nothing works.
The site is not live and has never been published. Any suggestions?

Please let me know what version of the theme, WordPress, and PHP you have.
Also, you can check the console to see if you don’t have an error.
Also, have you checked for a plugin conflict?

Shortly after posting this issue I found a post on StackOverflow where someone had the same issue. Their fix was to reset the theme which I didn’t want to do, but I had tried many other options that didn’t work. The reset did fix the issue.

There was no plugin conflict. Any info for the future if issue occurs again would still be helpful.

I did notice the issue first started when saving a page that was being edited. After I clicked save in the Tagdiv Composer panel, the progress animation that shows after save is clicked just kept spinning and never seemed to complete. After that whenever I tried to reopen the page or any other page, that’s when the right side where the content is supposed to be only displayed a blank page, and the loading icon just kept loading.
