I’m trying to add an element: “Text with title” but every time I click on the “Edit Content” button the WP Editor window would pop up and would not load its elements.

First please check the theme system status parameters

Ask your hosting provider to make modifications if needed. If you updated the theme, update all theme plugins as well.
Additionally try as a quick test to deactivate all plugins if possible except theme plugins and check if this has any effect. Let us know the results.

Thanks for the reply. I found the culprit. It’s the shortcoder plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcoder/) since it’s adding a button on the editor menu. That’s so weird. I hope you can improve the TagDiv Composer text editor so that it could accommodate various editorial buttons added by plugins…something like Visual Composer would easily do.
Please try installing the plugin and test if it will work in your end.
I have the same problem. The WP Editor doesn’t work. I tried installing it again without any effect. Should I reinstall the theme totally? But is it possible without loosing all my data? And the same question for updating to 8.6.

@chris-vision I believe you are referring to the tagDiv composer. If the theme system status is set according to the guide provided above, try deactivating all plugins except theme plugins and check if this has any effect. Let us know the results.

Having the same problem, Edit Content window on “text with title” module not loading, I’ve updated to latest version, deactivated all plugins except theme ones, system status is all green.
Any ideas?

I updated the theme and the plugin, checked the php.ini and htaccess…. but I still have this issue.
