Hi,
Posting an issue on the forum is a very inefficent way of customers/staff’s time, especially if multiple people are repeatedly posting the same faults/issues.
A like icon could also indicate the number of customers with the same issue and at if it gets fixed you can at least see that it has been resolved.

Hi Dave,
Thank you for your suggestion. I will pass this information on to the development team and see if this will be a viable solution. We did try to add sticky posts but people tend to ‘hijack’ it every time with support questions, most of the time unrelated so it will become more of a pain than a helpful tool.
