tagdiv-deploy-mode.php Error.

Greetings!

Hoping you can help me solve an error.

I’m building a site with Newspaper v10.4.

The suggested plugins are installed and active:
Composer
Cloud Library
Social Counter
Newsletter
Mobile Theme
Official AMP for WP
Standard Pack
and Revolution Slider.

When I’m signed in to my WP account, the site works and displays as expected.

But when you visit the site without being logged in, you get this error message:

Warning: require_once(/home/customer/www/mcweather.com/public_html/wp-content/Newspaper/tagdiv-deploy-mode.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/mcweather.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/functions.php on line 11

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/customer/www/mcweather.com/public_html/wp-content/Newspaper/tagdiv-deploy-mode.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php73/pear’) in /home/customer/www/mcweather.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/functions.php on line 11

What should I do to resolve the error?
