TagDiv composer stopped uploading my pages for editing. When trying all I get is a blank page with a charging round signal. According to the System Status, everything is OK. What could be the problem?
Hello @mcavallini !
In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information(screenshots/video) about what exactly you need to achieve or what is the issue there.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
That’s what I get when I click the “edit with TagDiv editor:

Hello @mcavallini !
In that moment, press shift + right click and check the console. Check which error you encounter.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
That’s the message in the console

Hello @mcavallini !
You have to use an SSL plugin to fix it and then try to activate it again -> https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-mixed-content-wordpress/ -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
Thank you!
I cannot tell you how and why, Bettina, but – perhaps thanks to the good karma of your kind answer – the problem suddenly disappeared and the TagDiv editing capability was restored. I followed your suggestion anyway and installed the really simple SSL plugin. Just in case. Thank you, Bettina.
